Allocation Policy
Starting Allocation Policy
Effective: TBD at first distribution
Reviewed quarterly. All distributions are executed monthly.
When monthly distributable net profit is positive, it is distributed as:
- 60% retained in BUBBAS Vault as platform liquidity
- 25% allocated to Builder Fund
- 10% allocated to Giveaway Pool
- 5% allocated to Event Pool
Net livestream subscriptions and tips (after platform fees and applicable costs) are distributed monthly as:
- 50% Builder Fund
- 30% Giveaway Pool
- 20% Event Pool
Distributable net profit = platform revenue minus operating costs, provider fees and required liquidity reserves, as determined at month end.
The Builder Fund may cover development, infrastructure, content production, marketing, operations and transparent creator compensation.
Allocations may be paused or adjusted for solvency, security, legal or compliance requirements. Any policy change will be published before the next distribution.
All distributions are executed as on-chain transfers and published as verified activity in this treasury.
